As part of our exercise to map the different liability transfer legislation in various EU-countries, but also in a couple on non-EU countries, we are looking for case studies to illustrate how liability transfer works (or not) in practice.
By this mail, we are calling for volunteers to provide examples that worked or did not work. Attached is a template you can use for this purpose. We are encouraging our Industry Members to participate in this exercise by providing examples.
The deadline for submission is Mid June. Should you need more time, please inform us.
